Driving Lesson Terms And Conditions.

Bookings will not be taken without confirmation that terms have been read and accepted please read carefully before making a purchase.

All bookings must be fully paid, a minimum of 48 hrs in advance by bank transfer via our website unless an alternative agreement has been agreed. All bookings are provisional until full payment is received.

A MINIMUM OF 48 HRS NOTICE is required in the event of a cancellation. Any cancellation within 48hrs of the lesson will be charged at full lesson price, as booked at company discretion.

If two lessons are cancelled with less than 48hrs notice, then I will no longer be able to continue with your tuition.

Please respond to my texts, calls or emails within one working day or your appointment space may be reallocated.

We operate a text booking system for your lesson please REPLY TO THIS AND ACKNOWLEDGE.

If there is no response within one working day we will reallocate the lesson.

If you do not arrive on time for your lesson I will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the lesson start time, then leave and full price will be charged or deducted from block of lessons.

If I am late due to traffic or other unforeseeable circumstances I will add time to the lesson where possible or credit the time.

Lessons are 1.5 hrs duration unless prior agreement has been made.

We may not be able to offer alternative lesson slots once booked, as we operate with a full diary so please consider very carefully before booking a lesson or a block of lessons.

Block booked lessons are non refundable if you're unable to complete the hours paid for on the days agreed this is at the company's discretion.

We reserve the right to terminate the lesson and further lessons at any point if TC's are not adhered to.

We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour or bad language of any type and will terminate the lesson and all future bookings will be cancelled.

There is a set fee of on the day of your driving test covering the use of our vehicle for the test, a one hour session before the test and returning you home please refer to the current price list for cost.

We reserve the right to refuse the use of our vehicle for practical test if we deem the student unsafe or not at satisfactory standard to take a practical driving test.

Students should not book a practical test without liaising with the instructor.

If I have to cancel your lesson at late notice due to breakdown, weather, illness, there will be NO PAYMENT CHARGED and the lesson rescheduled.
